I deliver talks and facilitate workshops on mental health, psychology, and storytelling. I bring a reflective and clear style, tailored to the audience — whether academic, corporate, faith-based, or community-based.

I write essays and poetry about identity, healing, and emotional life. And I occasionally perform spoken word. Very soon, I will soon launching writing groups and structured programs to support creative writing for mental health and self-discovery.
